Business Analyst
Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur
Salary is negotiable based on experience
Responsibilities:
Organize and undertake system/business requirements studies (URS) exercise with business/ end-user.
Analyse business/user requirement and produce Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Functional Specification Document (FSD).
Prepare system Test Case/Script based on sign-off BRD/FSD.
Assist in performing system testing and quality check.
Conduct research and analysis in order to come up with business solutions.
Participate in discussion in evaluating and reviewing of project with technical team members whenever required.
Ensure all mandatory project/request documents are properly signed-off and documented.
Liaise with system development team to investigate reported issues/system bugs and identify root cause.
Prepare system user manual and provide user training.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or related field.
2-5 years of related working experience.
Proactive, have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Able to work independently and interact with all stakeholders.
Experience in financial institutions or exposure in financial applications will be an added advantage.
